Cancellation & Returns

For standard products, consumers may use the statutory 14-day withdrawal right subject to applicable conditions. Goods made to a customer’s instructions or personal needs may fall within the legal exception.

Personalized orders

A personalized order can be cancelled by contacting info@parentag.com before engraving begins. Once engraving begins, change-of-mind returns or customer-approved spelling/design errors are not accepted.

Defective goods

If an item arrives defective, incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and photos. We prioritize a free replacement where appropriate, without limiting any statutory remedies, including a refund where the law provides it.

Do not send a return before receiving written instructions and confirmation of the return address.
