Transaction Guide

1. Select a category and configure colour, QR/NFC, artwork, hanger and packaging.
2. If needed, provide a black-and-white PNG, SVG or DXF artwork file.
3. Review the item, VAT-inclusive total, shipping and delivery information.
4. Read and accept the preliminary information and distance sales agreement, then pay securely.
5. Follow order-status updates. You may request cancellation before engraving begins.

Use the Back controls before payment. After payment, contact info@parentag.com before production begins.

Contract storage

Order-specific terms are sent on a durable medium and records are retained for the statutory period.
