Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with PTT Kargo. Standard domestic small-parcel shipping is 110 TL and is free for orders of 2.500 TL or more.

Business-day rule

Orders completed by 12:00 on a business day enter processing that day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 21:00 starts on the next business day.

Once payment, artwork and approvals are complete, the order is handed to the carrier within 2 iş günü from the processing start. Carrier transit time is additional. Tracking is provided when available.

International delivery

International shipping is quoted separately by destination and order. Unless checkout says otherwise, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
