Price and delivery

The order summary states the goods, VAT, shipping, discounts and total. Delivery is made to [address] through PTT Kargo. Orders after 12:00 start the next business day and completed orders are dispatched within 2 iş günü.

Withdrawal and defects

Statutory withdrawal applies to standard goods. The personalized-goods exception may apply once engraving begins. Cancellation remains available before engraving. Statutory defective-goods rights always remain.

The agreement is formed after the buyer receives the preliminary information, accepts electronically and completes payment. A copy is supplied on a durable medium.
